How do I find out the current delivery time?

We will keep you informed about the status of production with photos, so that you can also communicate change requests during the production phase, and give you the expected delivery date.

How does the delivery take place?

We will keep you informed about the completion date, so that you can pick up the Scout yourself from Bremerhaven if necessary. The seaside city of Bremerhaven is always worth a visit.
Otherwise, we will hire a forwarding agent to deliver the Scout to you.

Where can I find the operating instructions for the Scout?

We keep you informed about the important details on the Internet, and we enclose detailed operating and maintenance instructions with the Scout.

How and where can I order spare parts and receive guidance?

We are available to you 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. by phone via our hotline with guidance and resources. Should a spare part be required, we will hire a forwarding agent to deliver the required spare part to you as quickly as possible.

How long does it last and what does the warranty cover?

Upon material defects, the buyer is entitled to statutory warranty claims. The warranty period for claims for defects is two years after delivery of the item.
